I had better get started!

It seems like I have been going back and forth about starting a blog for AGES. I have really wanted to, but have been afraid that it would be something that I would start with great vim and vigor, only to neglect after a while. So finally, I have decided to throw caution to the wind, along with punctuation, cute fonts and halfway decent pictures of me, and just do it! So what you see is what you get. Hopefully it will give a glimpse of our most-of-the-time-very-average missionary life in Africa, with just a touch of the out-of-the-ordinary as well.
